Moved In Before School Started

We were referred to Tyler Homes by the developer of Crown Oaks after we purchased a lot. We liked the idea that Steve & Kristen lived in the area themselves and that getting service would be easier since they were neighbors.

What a difference working with Tyler Homes! Our first home took 7-8 months to build plus the other builder was hard to reach. Steve was at the house everyday and would be available to speak to us whenever we needed him.

The slab was poured March 31, 2004 and Tyler Homes worked extra hard to make sure that we were moved in before school started. From start to finish it was only four and half (4.5) months and we moved in July 26th, 2004 before School started...

A Great Experience

Early in the buying process Rachelle and Mike felt they were taking a risk buying a custom home they had only seen on paper. Initially, building a custom home they could not “see” was scary.

Moving From Austin

We met Steve Clayton when moving from Austin, Texas. We spotted one of Steve’s homes under construction. We were impressed and quickly made an offer.

Our experience with Tyler Homes began with getting the home inspected by an independent, third party home inspector. I recall when the inspector came out of the attic - he was very impressed with the construction, insulation and stated that 'This home is very well built.'

I remember when we were discussing the air conditioning requirements and Steve offered to install a unit with greater capacity. That single decision has reduced our energy consumption dramatically.

The after sales service was excellent and we have had no major problems with our home. The few minor issues we had were quickly resolved without question.

We are fully satisfied customers and would use Tyler Homes again. We recommend that anyone looking for a home should talk to Tyler Homes - you will be very satisfied!...
